Feels a bit impersonal and cold. We need to draw people in!
Have you tried mixing in some larger images too? It would be nice to have a focal point. There are just two areas to look at, upper left, lower right. Which leaves the middle/upper left/lower right somewhat unactivated.
Don’t wait to add the by lines too!
